Flathead Harbor Resort is looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Servers to join the Harbor Grille team. Located on the shores of beautiful Flathead Lake, the Harbor Grille offers guests exceptional food, handcrafted beverages, live entertainment, and unforgettable lakefront dining experiences. As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences by providing attentive, professional, and welcoming service to every guest.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
Make menu recommendations based on guest preferences
Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy
Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
Process cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately
Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations
Complete opening, side work, and closing duties
Collaborate with bartenders, hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and management to deliver exceptional service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return

Qualifications

Previous restaurant serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler Permit and alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain if required by state law)

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods
Carry food trays, beverages, and service items weighing up to 30 pounds
Frequently bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the dining room
Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Maintain a professional appearance throughout each shift
